ESPN anchor Dana Jacobson apologizes to 'F' word
ESPN First Take anchor Dana Jacobson, who caused a stir recently for her vodka-induced rant at a Mike and Mike Roast, apologized yesterday to the 'F' word for using it in context with offensive religious terms and a failed NBC program.
“I just want to tell the 'F' word that I'm sorry I used it alongside demeaning terms such as ‘Notre Dame', ‘Touchdown Jesus', and ‘Jesus',” said Jacobson, who also advised Irish head coach Charlie Weis to take up Mike Golic's Nutrisystem diet. “I know it will never forgive me, but f***, I hope to hell it does. My conduct and words were reprehensible, and for that I am truly sorry. To all twenty-seven people who watch First Take , the only way I can honor you is to say thank you and f*** you.”
